Doner Gourmet was a fast casual dining concept located in Downtown Toronto that aimed to bring the traditional German doner street food experience to Canada.

The concept revolved around the iconic Doner Kebab sandwich, which consisted of juicy, marinated meat cooked on a vertical spit and served in a wrap or as a plate with sides. The concept was designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with an open kitchen where customers could see their food being prepared. It was also conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, making it the perfect spot for a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner.

Although the project unfortunately had to be cancelled due to COVID-19, the Doner Gourmet concept lives on as an example of how traditional street food can be elevated into a fast casual dining experience.
