Tirgan is a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cross-cultural dialogue between Iranian-Canadians and the global community through cultural programs and festivals.

As the Graphic Communication Partner for Tirgan Festival 2019, we were responsible for managing all aspects of the festival’s graphic design, advertising materials, and graphic communication to enhance the event’s profile. The Tirgan Festival is one of the organization’s signature events, along with the Nowruz Festival, and they coincide with two of the most important ancient Persian celebrations in March and July, respectively.

These festivals have grown into the world’s largest celebrations of Iranian art and culture, attracting over 150,000 visitors from around the world to multiple prestigious locations in Toronto, including the Harbourfront Centre and the Distillery Historic District. With over 250 artists and 140 performances, talks, presentations, and workshops, the Tirgan Festival is a popular meeting point for the very best of local and international talents presenting Iranian cultural programs.
